Planning Project Management

Our planning projects often comprise major and complex development proposals involving multiple stakeholders in addition to local planning and transport authorities.  These require a range of skills and techniques to ensure successful outcomes. Our clients’ objectives are paramount, including scheme viability.  To deliver the required outcomes, we coordinate a wide range of consultancy specialisms including environmental and landscape assessments, transportation, flood risk and drainage, masterplanning and design, ecology and BNG requirements, ground conditions, archaeology and heritage impact assessments.

By fulfilling the role of planning project managers as part of a wider project team, we allow clients to focus on more strategic issues whilst retaining an overview. Equally, in cases where a wider project management role is not required, we can provide targeted planning guidance and advice to the relevant project manager and team.
