Preparing planning application for a Local Nature Reserve in connection with a proposed Data Centre development.

The scheme includes the change of use of land to establish a new Local Nature Reserve for the Wickford area. The proposals will create a permanent suitable green area, comprising informal landscaped areas, public access and biodiversity enhancements.
