Planning strategy advice including securing certainty through Development Plan and Planning Application processes in support of disposal strategy for a land holding in West Durrington, Worthing.

The one acre site is located adjacent to West Durrington District Shopping Centre in West Worthing but had no formal planning designation or consent. Following a planning appraisal of development options, LPP secured policy recognition for retail development through inclusion of the site within the district centre and then subsequently secured detailed consent for a retail and restaurant development.
