Applications for planning permission for various projects on the site in support of the Club’s operational development to enhance the Club’s sports and leisure offer.

LPP is appointed to prepare, submit and monitor planning applications on behalf of the client for various projects across the Forrester Park site. These include a virtual driving range building, glamping pods for overnight guests, a workshop and maintenance building, floodlighting for the existing tennis courts, and change of use of the clubhouse’ upper floor to provide guest accommodation.
