Local Plan Engagement

On behalf of a range of clients we actively engage in Local Plan preparation and reviews.  This work often involves making representations on a Plan’s strategy, generic policies and site specific allocations, to ensure clients’ development interests are represented in the development plan process.  This can take the form of seeking allocations for the development of sites within a client’s estate portfolio and ensuring a policy basis to enable a range of development proposals to be favourably considered.

For NHS clients we also seek Local Plan policy support to allow for developer contributions for healthcare infrastructure to be secured through planning obligations.
