Development strategy and planning consultancy for two extensions of Abbey Farm Commercial Park, Horsham, Norfolk.

Abbey Farm Commercial Park is a medium-scale business park to the north of Norwich Airport. LPP has provided advice on options for developing the site through the redevelopment of particular units and the longer term expansion of the business park as a whole. Consideration of landscape and historic environment constraints has influenced the development strategy which have had to take account of the Park's countryside location and proximity to Grade I listed buildings and a scheduled ancient monument.

LPP secured an employment allocation for an extension to the Business Park and gained planning permission for its extension comprising 7no. commercial buildings totaling nearly 5,000sqm floorspace.

LPP is currently providing planning consultancy services for a second extension to the north of the site, comprising a further building of nearly 2000 sq. metres.
