LPP has secured planning permission for two chemical storage buildings to provide increased manufacturing and storage capacity at ICL’s Selby Works Site.

LPP also secured detailed planning approval for a 14,000m² extension to the existing chemical works.

LPP has also previously led a technical consultancy team to obtain a site allocation for its redevelopment for housing.  as part of a potential relocation exercise.
