A Planning Appraisal report assesses the planning feasibility and development potential of a site or group of sites, with reference to existing use rights, permitted changes of use, relevant planning history, planning policies and other material considerations such as flood risk, design and heritage matters, transport and ecological issues. The appraisals include planning recommendations on a suitable course of action.

In the past, we have used the planning appraisal process to successfully advise on and inform all types of property investment decisions including land acquisitions and disposals.

We are all reading our way through your Historic Building Report on the Crown & Anchor... I must say that it is a superb piece of work, with great attention to fascinating and important detail and great images; it is an extremely informative document. Thank you, we are delighted with it and it will certainly be very helpful in our considerations about the future of the buildings.
