Based in north Colchester, SLI specialised in the express storage/distribution of palletised goods and logistics services to UK and European networks.

Full planning permission, for use Class B8 development was secured for site modernisation including new warehousing floorspace (5255m²), external storage area, truck wash, parking facilities, hardstandings, external illumination, drainage and landscaping infrastructure and improved access and egress arrangements together with security barriers and gates.

A material operation to implement the scheme was undertaken in 2017 with the on site support of LPP to review and submit foundation trench location details to the LPA.

• Preparation of a full application for the development including pre application discussions with the Planning Authority and consultees

• Submission of non-material amendment and material operation applications to the LPA.
