Promoting land for housing through the Local Development Framework process and securing planning permission for residential development lies at the heart of our work for public and private sector estate owners as well as private individuals. Current and recent schemes involve planning for strategic urban developments on previously developed sites, green field urban extensions and small scale infilling. As well as having a thorough working knowledge of the planning policy basis related to residential development, we have a good understanding of local housing markets allowing for informed judgements and sound planning advice to be made.
