LPP is proud to be supporting the Colchester Food Bank at Tollgate Retail Park. The Food Bank provides emergency food and support to local people in crisis. Its aim is to relieve immediate hunger but also to tackle the underlying causes of poverty and hardship. You can learn more about Colchester Food Bank here: https://colchester.foodbank.org.uk/
The staff at LPP donate tinned goods, pasta, rice, biscuits and other items from the ‘shopping list’ on the Food Bank’s website. The service relies on the goodwill and support of the public and it’s a pleasure to be part of that community.

LPP recently visited the Clacton Hospital site and it was great to see the progress that is being made in the construction of the new Urgent Treatment Centre by MTX Contracts Ltd following LPP obtaining planning permission in 2024. The development will provide an important healthcare facility to transform urgent treatment requirements and deliver increased operational and clinical efficiencies for the population of Clacton and the surrounding areas.

LPP staff thoroughly enjoyed a Team outing in London recently as part of the Company’s 20th anniversary celebrations. A fascinating trip around the Cutty Sark was followed by a wander around the grounds of the Old Royal Naval College. We boarded an Uber boat from Greenwich to Embankment Pier and enjoyed a delicious lunch in the Thames Lounge at 3 Robert Street. We ended the afternoon on the roof terrace, making the most of the sunshine and the spectacular view.
