Project Details
LPP secured planning permission on behalf of ESNEFT for proposed healthcare facilities including an Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) and associated works at Clacton Hospital. The proposed development was concerned with providing qualitative improvements to the hospital to improve the healthcare facilities that are available to people in Tendring and increase the related capacity.
Once implemented, the new healthcare facilities will significantly improve the experience for patients, enable them to be seen more quickly and closer to their homes, with improved physical access and clinical environments.
The planning application was supported by relevant technical information including drainage, arboriculture, landscaping, transport, ecological and biodiversity measures to accompany the scheme proposals.
