Development strategy and planning consultancy advice to obtain planning permission for an AI Data Centre and Local Nature Reserve.

There is a pressing demand for more Data Centres to be constructed to provide greater data processing and storage capacity for Basildon and the wider country’s growing digital and AI sector. Resolution to grant outline planning permission was secured for a 26,000sqm AI Data Centre on a 7.2-hectare site, with ancillary infrastructure and biodiversity enhancements within the Metropolitan Green Belt.
