LPP were appointed to provide planning strategy advice for the use of part of Ipswich Station for a new convenience store . Work included providing advice on whether the new store and ancillary changes to the building could be undertaken as ‘permitted development’

• Review of permitted development rights by railway undertakers.
• Outlining whether planning permission is required for the new store and ancillary works.
