Preparing and submitting planning applications for a decked car park at Colchester Hospital.

LPP secured planning permission on behalf of ESNEFT for a single deck car park followed by an additional deck, at Colchester Hospital on top of an existing surface car park to provide additional car parking spaces to serve Hospital staff.  The applications were supported by a Travel Plan also prepared by LPP that included a series of measures to encourage travelling to/from the hospital by a range of sustainable transport modes.

The single deck car park is now operational on the site.

• Coordination and submission of planning applications, monitoring progress, attendance at Planning Committee and securing planning permissions.
