Planning strategy advice to discharge related pre-commencement planning conditions and obtain reserved matters approval for two separate parcels of land for residential development.
Project Details
LPP was instructed on behalf of Aspire Property Services Ltd in relation to two approved residential developments located in Rushmere St Andrew village.
The smaller scheme of 2 dwellings initially approved to replace the existing property at 155 The Street.
LPP secured:
· Approval of Reserved Matters for 14 dwellings;
· Various Discharge of Conditions;
· Material Operation approval to initiate development to allow the existing planning permissions to be retained in perpetuity and then sold for redevelopment; and
· Non-Material Amendment approval which essentially allowed the 14 dwelling scheme and the 2 dwelling scheme to utilise the same access.
