Client – Private Land Owner

Project Details – The site contains a grade II listed farmhouse set in extensive grounds located within the Metropolitan Green Belt. LPP’s instruction involved obtaining a Certificate of Lawful Use and Development for an existing barn for garaging and storage purposes and the use of the land for domestic car parking, storage and garden land. LPP also obtained planning permission for a nine bay replacement cartlodge building.
