Project Management & Community Involvement

We have been involved in dealing with and negotiating a number of large and complex planning projects some of which require Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

Consequently, an important service we provide includes coordinating and project managing multi-disciplinary teams associated with major and strategic planning applications.

Tasks include agreeing the scope of EIA’s with local planning authorities, appointing and liaising with specialist consultants such as highways and infrastructure engineers, landscape architects, ecologists and noise specialists.

We also prepare the associated planning submissions and project manage the process through to the delivery of planning permission as part of an overall coordination role.
