Project Details – Abbey Farm Commercial Park is a medium scale business park to the north of Norwich Airport. LPP has provided advice on options for developing the site through the redevelopment of particular units and the longer term expansion of the business park as a whole. Consideration of landscape and historic environment constraints has influenced the development strategy which have had to take account of the Park’s countryside location and proximity to Grade I listed buildings and a scheduled ancient monument. Following extensive planning work, LPP secured an employment allocation through the Local Plan Review process for an extension to the Business Park. LPP also secured planning permission for a phase I extension to meet the needs of an existing tenant.
