Instruction – Planning strategy advice to obtain permission for a mixed use town centre scheme

Client – OMC Investments Ltd

Project Details – 9-11 The Brook is a 1970’s 4 storey purpose built office complex which has been vacant since 2007. Following its purchase by OMC Investments Ltd a planning application was prepared which proposed a restaurant at ground floor level and 14 apartments arranged over the second, third and fourth floors, including two penthouse apartments located on a new fifth floor along with the remodelling of the front façade. Planning permission was secured in August 2012
