LPP are planning advisers to a range of NHS trusts and private health care providers.

We are actively involved in representing the development interests of primary, acute and mental health care trusts. Instructions include securing planning permission for new health care infrastructure, developing Green Travel Plans and car parking strategies as well as providing planning advice in support of asset disposals and Estate Strategies.

We are also involved in assessing the impact of residential developments on existing health care services by undertaking Health Impact Assessments (HIAs) and, on behalf of primary health care trusts, negotiate infrastructure and financial contributions linked to major housing schemes as part of Section 106 Planning Obligation Agreements.

LPP are also associated with experienced NHS industry specialist consultants, who are able to offer complementary advice and services such as corporate and estates contract and programme management and development, organisational strategy development and implementation, and process/service review and audit.
