Instruction – Planning and Heritage advice in support of redevelopment/market disposal strategy

Client – Private Land Owner

Project Details – Dipping Hollow is an 0.41 hectare former chalk quarry, forming part of a Conservation Area containing 3 dilapidated listed buildings. The client wished to dispose of the site with a residential planning permission including conversion of the listed buildings and provision of additional new homes in the grounds

Project management of planning process
– Feasibility and heritage advice on the development potential of the site
– Commissioning technical studies including ground conditions and a cliff stability survey
– Organising a material operation for the commencement of development
– Securing planning and listed building consent for an alternative scheme comprising 11 residential units
