Client – Tendring District Council

Project Details – LPP with Roger Tym and Partners were instructed by Tendring District Council to advise on a development strategy and undertake a review of all existing employment sites within the District to inform the Planning Authority’s Local Plan review. Each site was assessed against key deliverability and sustainability criteria recommendations were made on planning potential and future development options
