Project Details - St Clements is a substantial Hospital complex comprising a former mental health asylum set within established parkland grounds. Consequently a housing led redevelopment strategy was formulated, and following an extensive 'masterplan led' public consultation exercise an outline planning application was submitted for the conversion of the C19th hospital buildings and site redevelopment for 227 dwellings and community facilities. Planning approval was granted in July 2015
