Instruction – Planning and heritage asset setting advice to obtain planning approval for a new preparatory school building in the grounds of the Grade II listed Gosfield School complex

Client – Gosfield School

Project Details – Gosfield School is a large Grade II former country house estate currently in use as an independent, co-educational day and boarding school. As part of its modernisation strategy, the school wished to replace unsatisfactory temporary classroom facilities with an attractive, modern, energy efficient, new preparatory school building in the school’s grounds. Planning permission was secured for the development in April 2014. The prep school has since been built and was opened in January 2015
