Project Details – East Hill House is a Grade I listed building complex comprising a large C18th former merchant’s house within a designated conservation area. The client acquired the property from Essex County Council with a view to refurbishing it and bringing it back into beneficial use. Given the level of architectural and historic interest within this important site, special attention was given to design and heritage asset considerations
