Our team is very well experienced in producing planning strategies and policies for both area wide and subject based: Development Plans; Supplementary Planning Documents; Development Briefs; and Masterplans.

Planning policy formulation and implementation on behalf of planning authorities therefore lies at the forefront of our skills base.
For both public and private sector clients we are also actively involved in Local Development Framework preparation from the issues and options stage to giving evidence at Examinations in Public.

Key involvement includes securing a suitable planning policy basis to enable operational development proposals to be supported at the planning application stage as well as securing site specific allocations for a range of commercial and community based land uses.
