Instruction – Planning strategy advice including securing certainty through Development Plan and planning application processes in support of disposal strategy for a land holding in West Durrington, Worthing

Project Details – The one acre site is located adjacent to West Durrington District Shopping Centre in West Worthing but had no formal planning designation or consent. Following a planning appraisal of development options LPP secured policy recognition for retail development through inclusion of the site within the district centre and then subsequently secured detailed consent for a retail and restaurant development
